SINAK manufactures a variety of unique products for treatment of concrete and masonry. Not only are they the most effective products on the market today for protection and preservation, but they are unparalleled for repair and restoration. All of our products are water-based, and VOC compliant.

RELAY™ is our resurfacing product. It is a polymer, formulated to be mixed with water, sand and cement, to form a mixture for resurfacing a wide variety of applications including floors, decks, pavements, sidewalks, walls, and overheads. It is a primerless system that sticks to virtually everything, to produce a thin, wearing surface that is strong, durable, and abrasion-resistant. Powders are available for general resurfacing and providing an ultra smooth surface.

For measuring moisture emission, we recommend the SINAK Dome Test, which provides an environmentally friendly, simple accurate method of measuring and calculating moisture emission. All materials and procedures are fully compliant with ASTM Standard Practice E 1907-97.

For waterproofing, restoration and protection, SINAK manufactures a line of penetrating sealers for concrete, stucco, and masonry. Depending on the application, the sealers not only waterproof and reconsolidate, but provide protection from chemicals, algae and freeze-thaw.
